At Hybrid Academy the focus is on Academics and developing Emotional intelligence, which includes nurturing the ability to recognize and manage moods and emotions in real-world situations. According to research, emotional intelligence is considered as the starting point of social and emotional skill development, further to this, emotional intelligence can also predict future academic success.

Hybrid Academy.org Bursary programme offers full and partial scholarships for parents that require financial
assistance on a curriculum. This allows for financial support to students that would like to complete their high schooling with our Academy. Funding through donations and philanthropy increases support for the programme as donors invest in these students future. Students on the scholarships need to maintain academic performance to continue receiving the benefit of these scholarships. These scholarships helps students and their families to manage their educational needs.

South Africa. With the Regional Office in Mosselbay she frequently travel to holds talks around South Africa to support educators at community learning centres with the aim at creating an awareness for inclusive education and thereby increasing the Matric pass rate in our communities.
